Job Description
Part-time certified firefighter/paramedic position with Useppa Island Fire Rescue, a barrier island department partnered with Lee County EMS providing ALS care. Minimum 3 shifts per month required including one weekend day on 24-hour shift basis. Base rate starts at $15.00/hour with rates calculated by education, experience, and certifications.
Requirements: Florida State Certified Paramedic (credentialed by Lee County EMS preferred), Florida Firefighter Certificate, Current BLS Healthcare Provider, Current ACLS, EVOC, Boating certification recommended (Captain's License or Boaters Safety Course)
Salary: Base Rate begins at $15.00
