BOF – Basic Operations Firefighter – at time of conditional offer
EMT-Paramedic – at time of conditional offer
CPAT and Ladder Climb certification – within 1 year at time of conditional offer

FF/Paramedic salary starting at $74,409.84 with current top out at $110,538.82

Kelly Days
8 Days Annually

8th year – 8 Shift Days
10th year – 10 Shift Days
15th year – 12 Shift Days
20th year – 14 Shift Days

Personal Days
48 Hours off each fiscal year

Paid Sick Time
Employees accrue 6 hours per pay period of sick leave
Employees earn sick time leave from the first day of their employment and shall continue to accumulate sick leave to a maximum of one hundred-twenty (120) days, or 2,880 hours.
Sick Leave Buy Out at Retirement after 20 years of service 50% of sick bank at current hourly rate.
