Job Description
Part-time certified firefighter/paramedic position with Useppa Island Fire Rescue. Requires Florida State Certified Paramedic credential (Lee County EMS preferred). Minimum 3 shifts per month including one weekend day on 24-hour shift basis. UIFR has partnered with Lee County EMS to provide ALS care on a barrier island with potential transport delays.
Requirements: Florida State Certified Paramedic (Lee County EMS credential preferred), Current BLS Healthcare Provider, Current ACLS, State of Florida Firefighter Certificate, EVOC, Boating certification recommended (Captains License or Boaters Safety Course)
Salary: Base Rate begins at $15.00
