Job Description
Montecito Fire Department has multiple openings for entry-level Firefighter/EMT and Firefighter/Paramedic positions.
You must have completed your CA State Firefighter I Academy, or already have your CA State Firefighter 1 Certification by application close date in order to apply. You must upload one of those certificates with your application.
You must have the required CA certifications or provide proof of eligibility for reciprocity. Candidate must be able to attend testing in person.
Probation is 12 months including an approximate 10-week department recruit academy. Firefighters work a 48/96 schedule.

Salary: $114,072.00 - $149,088.00 Annually
