Final Days Before Examination
By Brent Collins

The final days before your exam are not the time for cramming — they're the time for preparation, logistics, and recovery. A few simple steps can give you a meaningful performance edge.
Diet and Logistics
Two to three days before the exam, eat foods high in carbohydrates to build your energy reserves. You will be nervous on exam day, and anxiety burns energy. A pasta dinner the night before is a good way to load up for the test.
Have someone call you the morning of the exam to ensure you don't oversleep. If a friend is also taking the exam, carpool — if your car breaks down en route, you'll still arrive. Have a backup plan for transportation.
