Under supervision of an engine company officer, respond to fires, medical aid, rescue, hazardous material incidents, motor vehicle accidents, and other emergency and non-emergency incidents. Work 24-hour shifts as part of a three or four-person engine company. May participate in extended out-of-county strike team assignments.
Requirements: At least 18 years old, high school diploma or equivalency, California State Fire Marshal Firefighter 1 certification (or proof in progress), current EMT-1 or EMT-P certification, Hazardous Materials First Responder Operational Certification, current CPAT card, valid California driver's license and proof of insurance
Salary: $16/hour
