Firefighter 1 EOC

Under general supervision, controls & extinguishes fires, protects life & property, & maintains all fire equipment. Receives & responds to fire alarms & other emergency calls performing the necessary functions & operations to efficiently handle any fire ground situation. Performs fire inspections & pre-fire planning. Works a 40 hour schedule initially, with changes to 24 hour shift schedule moving forward.

Requirements: Fire department certification or ability to obtain, emergency response capability

Salary: $46,945.60 Annually
