Firefighter

Volunteer firefighter position with Little Axe Fire Department. Candidates must complete an in-house academy (6-8 weeks) and a 12-month probationary period. All firefighters respond to emergencies at odd hours and in inclement weather. Position is unpaid.

Requirements: Minimum 18 years old, valid driver's license, high school diploma or equivalent, willing to attend training, willing to enter burning buildings, pass drug screening, pass background check, good physical condition
