Job Description
Entry-level firefighter/EMT position with SE Thurston Fire Authority serving Yelm and Rainier, WA. Responds to over 4,000 emergencies annually across 84 square miles, including wildland urban interface, rescue operations, emergency medical calls, and structural fires.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, valid U.S. driver's license by hire date, at least 18 years old, pass driver and pre-employment background screening. Desired: firefighting experience, IFSAC FF1 Certification, HazMat Ops Certification, current EMT/NREMT, EVIP 3.0 Certified
