Job Description
Firefighters provide emergency assistance and protect life and property threatened by fire, explosion, hazardous materials, medical emergencies, accidents, and other hazards. Regular activities include emergency response, training, pre-fire planning, public education, life safety inspections, and maintenance of apparatus, facilities, and equipment. Firefighters are assigned to a 24-hour rotating shift and may be exposed to hazardous conditions and risk of personal injury.
Requirements: EMT certification required
Salary: $84,917.22 - $104,835.97 Annually
