Firefighter Paramedic

Walla Walla County Fire District #4 - Firefighter Paramedic has 1 vacancy. The eligibility list is a continuous listing and maintained as scores are received from PST with the assessment center and interviews conducted on an as-needed basis. Following the testing process, the candidates will be placed on a ranked list. Vacancies are filled by offering the top candidates an interview with the Fire Chief followed by conditional offers of employment provided to the success candidates. Candidates must successfully complete a medical physical, psychological testing and extensive background investigation to receive a full offer of employment.

Requirements: Age 18, U.S. Citizenship, High School Diploma or GED, Valid Driver's License, EMT Certification, Paramedic Certification or currently enrolled in Paramedic training program, Firefighter 1 Certification (within 12 months from date of hire), Ability to read, speak and write English, Pass written examination, Pass CPAT

Salary: $75,048 - $107,748/year
