Firefighter

Firefighter position with the Kennewick Fire Department. The City of Kennewick is continuously accepting test scores for this role. Candidates must pass a written examination (70% or higher), complete the Candidate Physical Ability Test (CPAT), and pass a Personal History Statement within 30 days. Selected candidates may proceed to oral board, background investigation, and Fire Chief interview.

Requirements: Minimum age 18, US Citizen, High School Diploma/GED, valid driver's license, vision 20/100 uncorrected and correctable to 20/20, ability to read/speak/write English, no adult felony convictions, EMT certification required within one year of appointment, written exam score 70% or higher, CPAT pass
