Job Description
We welcome you to apply for our Firefighter ALS opportunity with the City of Manassas! Applications are being accepted to establish a Firefighter ALS eligibility list. Join our mission to protect the lives and property of the residents of the City of Manassas, its visitors, and the surrounding communities by delivering quality emergency medical care, fire prevention, fire suppression, public education, and disaster management. The hiring range for this position is $75,553.92 - $96,370, DOE. To be eligible for lateral placement, applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of service in a VRS AND/OR employment with an established full-time career Virginia Fire & Rescue Department.
Requirements: ALS certification, minimum 2 years of service in VRS or employment with established full-time career Virginia Fire & Rescue Department for lateral placement
Salary: $75,553.92 - $96,370.56 Annually
