Job Description
Full-time Emergency Medical Technician position with Richmond County Department of Emergency Services consisting of approximately 9 twenty-four hour shifts per month on a rotating schedule. Requires EMT-A, EMT-I, or EMT-P certification plus ACLS, PALS, CPR, EVOC, Pro-Board Certified FF1, Haz-mat, and Vehicle Extrication certifications (or ability to obtain fire certifications within 24 months).
Requirements: EMT-A, EMT-I, or EMT-P certification; Current ACLS, PALS, CPR; EVOC class 2 or higher; Pro-Board Certified FF1; Haz-mat operations and awareness; Vehicle Extrication operations and awareness
Salary: Starting Salary Range: EMT-A: $47,000 - $55,600 EMT-I: $49,000 - $57,600 EMT-P: $51,000 - $59,600
