Firefighter

The City of Seguin Fire Department is hiring for Firefighter positions. Candidates must be certified Firefighter/Paramedic or Certified Firefighter enrolled in Paramedic School, or be a Certified Paramedic. Applicants must pass written exam (70% or higher), physical ability test, oral interview, background investigation, drug screen, physical exam, and psychological evaluation.

Requirements: Age 18+, high school diploma or equivalent, valid Texas Driver's License, able to respond to emergency within 1 hour of residence, ability to operate emergency vehicles, Firefighter/Paramedic certification or Firefighter certification with enrollment in Paramedic School within 6 months or Paramedic certification
