Job Description
Under general supervision, perform fire prevention, fire suppression, rescue duties, and act as Firefighter-EMT/Paramedic. Responsible for providing life and property protection. Online testing window is May 1-31. Applicants must be certified as Firefighter/Paramedic, Firefighter/EMT, or Paramedic only.
Requirements: Age 18+, U.S. Citizen or legal resident, High school diploma or GED, Valid driver's license (must obtain Texas Class B), TCFP Basic Firefighter with Texas DSHS Paramedic or NREMT Paramedic OR Texas DSHS Paramedic or NREMT Paramedic only OR TCFP Firefighter with DSHS EMT or NREMT EMT, Pass NFPA 1582 medical exam, Pass Physical Ability Test, Clean background and driving record
Salary: $103,909.80 top out pay Plus Assignment & Incentive Pay (Medic, Certifications, Education, FLSA, Language)
