Job Description
Lateral firefighter position for experienced firefighters. Applicants exempt from Civil Service exam but must complete Physical Ability Test, Background Investigation, Psychological Exam, Oral Interview Board, and Medical/Physical/Drug Screening. 48/96 full-time shift work schedule.
Requirements: 3 years experience as paid full-time firefighter in civil service department, Basic Structural Firefighter certification from Texas Commission on Fire Protection, EMT-Basic certification, age 18-35, high school diploma or G.E.D., good moral character, good driving record, pass drug test/medical/psychological exams
Salary: $75,515 - $77,024 Annually
