Fire Fighter

The Travelers Rest Fire Department is currently accepting applications for the position of Firefighter. Applications can be picked up at the fire station (155 Trailblazer Dr.) or to download an application click HERE.

Minimum Requirements/Desirable Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age CPR and First Aid High School Diploma or equivalent EVDT Firefighter -1 CDL-B / Class E Firefighter -2

All candidates must be able to pass a SLED Background Check, Departmental Physical, Drug Test, Physical Agility Test and provide a 5 year driving history. Application process will be open until filled.
