Job Description
The Travelers Rest Fire Department is accepting applications for Firefighter positions. Benefits include PORS retirement, BCBS insurance, paid holidays, paid sick leave and annual leave, paid training opportunities, and a $500 sign-on bonus at 6 months. Must be 18 years of age, possess CPR and First Aid, high school diploma or equivalent, EVDT Firefighter-1 certification, and CDL-B/Class E. Must pass SLED background check, departmental physical, drug test, physical agility test, and provide 5-year driving history.
