Enrollment in the Police Officers Retirement System (PORS) For Police Officers and Firefighters only - City contributes 21.24% of gross (pre-tax) earnings, Employee contributes 9.75% of gross (pre-tax) earnings, Total contribution - 30.99%. Deferred compensation plans available [401(k) and 457(b)]. 12 paid holidays per year, 10 paid vacation days per year, 10 paid sick days per year, Flex schedule (dependent upon departmental needs).
