Job Description
Rainbow Volunteer Fire Department invites citizens to join as volunteer firefighters with three membership types: Regular Active, Junior (14-18 years), and Associate. Members respond to approximately 300 calls annually including fire, vehicle rescue, rope rescue, hazmat, and wildfire. No previous training required; non-firefighting support roles also available.
Requirements: Criminal background check (PA ePatch), Child Clearance background check (PA Compass), minimum points (208) and fundraising credits (6) per year, $10 application fee
