Job Description
Seasonal wildland firefighter position with Mosier Fire District running from June 15, 2023 through September 30, 2023 (tentatively, depending on funding). Work 8-hour shifts providing wildland fire response and emergency calls for service alongside volunteers. Maximum 32 hours per week authorized.
Requirements: NWCG Firefighter 2 (minimum), NWCG Firefighter 1, NFPA Firefighter 1 or Oregon equivalent, NFPA Fire Apparatus Driver/Operator, NWCG Crew Boss (preferred); proof of certification required at application
Salary: $20.25 per hour
