I acknowledge that if I am hired by UFD that I: shall serve a 1 year probation period during which time I may be terminated without recourse, must become a Ohio Certified Firefighter II and EMT during my 1 year probation period, must participate in all UFD training sessions to the best of my ability, must attend all required EMS Continuing Education, and submit to periodic drivers license checks by our insurance agent.

Requirements: Ohio Certified Firefighter II, EMT certification, valid driver's license, U.S. work authorization, satisfactory driving record, pass medical examination and physical agility assessment
