Emergency Medical Technician

South Bay Fire Department has a limited number of openings for new volunteers to respond to two basic community needs; the first is fire prevention and the second, to respond to fire and medical emergencies. Rewards from the fire and rescue service are beyond description. There is a sense of accomplishment after controlling a building fire, an elation when a child is born, compassion for accident victims, and fulfillment in teaching fire safety.
