Job Description
For youth ages 12 to 18, our nationally recognized Junior Fire Company offers hands-on training and mentorship modeled after the Firefighter I curriculum taught by the Suffolk County Fire Academy. The group meets twice a month on Wednesdays for drills, education, and leadership development. Junior members learn life skills, teamwork, discipline, and community responsibility—while having fun and forming friendships that often last a lifetime. It's the perfect way to explore the fire service and start making an impact early.
