Job Description
Participates in fire suppression, fire education and prevention, technical rescue, emergency medical and other incident response operations. Works 24-hour shifts as part of a team maintaining facilities, equipment, and apparatus. Responds to emergency scenes, performs basic life support, CPR, first aid, and rescue operations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, valid NC Driver's License, Class B CDL or obtain within 6 months of hire, Preferred: NC Firefighter Level II certification and NC EMT Basic certification or obtain within 6 months of hire, pass physical/agility examination, drug test, criminal background check
Salary: $47,018.47
