Please read: The City of East Bethel does not restrict the Department staffing to only one Firefighter of an immediate family, or close friendships. With this they will be working together, managing each other, and maybe managing other Firefighters together. However, such employment must not create or be perceived as creating a conflict of interest. At all times decisions must be made for the good of the Department.
