Paid On Call Firefighter

Ready to answer the call? Join our team of Paid On-Call Firefighters and make a real impact in your community! We are hiring up to 6 candidates to join our team. We encourage currently certified candidates as well as those with no experience to apply! The City of Lake Elmo Fire Department is a combination career and paid-on-call (POC) fire department. POC firefighters are provided with the necessary training and education to maintain all the necessary certifications supporting the agency. POC firefighters will work alongside our career staff to complete the standard response company of on-duty shift personnel.
