Paid On Call Firefighter

Marine City Area Fire Authority is hiring paid on-call firefighters. The department provides paid education for all required initial training, pays members to respond from home when calls are paged out, and provides compensation for weekly trainings. Training classes are typically held in evenings and select Saturdays.

Requirements: Education provided and paid for by department; willingness to learn and respond to medical emergencies, fires, accidents, hazardous incidents, rescues, water/ice rescues, standby calls, and fire alarms
