ALS Provider

At this time WCVFD is hiring Full Time for EMT/Firefighter and Part Time for EVOD and ALS providers.

Part Time Position: 12 or 24 hour shifts (0600 -1800 hrs and 1800 hrs - 0600 hrs) Pay will be discussed during the hiring process.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond on Fire/EMS/Rescue incidents
- Complete Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Equipment Checks
- Complete Various House Chores

Qualifications/Requirements:
Minimum Education & Certification:
ALS provider (Firefighter Certified Preferred):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid class C License
- Valid ALS Provider License
- MFRI Hazardous Materials Awareness & Operations
- MFRI EVOC Course
- NIMS 100, 200, 700, 800
- MFRI Firefighter I (preferred)
- MFRI Firefighter II (preferred)
- MFRI Rescue VME (preferred)

Requirements: High school diploma or GED, Valid class C License, Valid ALS Provider License, MFRI Hazardous Materials Awareness & Operations, MFRI EVOC Course, NIMS 100/200/700/800, MFRI Firefighter I (preferred), MFRI Firefighter II (preferred), MFRI Rescue VME (preferred)
