Job Description
Volunteer firefighters needed to join the Lanesborough Volunteer Fire Department. Responsibilities include fighting fires, emergency medical response, rescue operations, and community service. Training provided in basic firefighting skills, Fire/EMS, Firefighter I and II certifications, BLS CPR/First Aid, Bloodborne Pathogens, and HazMat Awareness. Weekly training commitment with 80% attendance requirement.
Requirements: BLS CPR/First Aid certification (provided in-house), Bloodborne Pathogens training (provided in-house), HazMat Awareness training (coordinated by department), Firefighter I and II certification (available through department or state)
