Job Description

At this time WCVFD is hiring Full Time for EMT/Firefighter and Part Time for EVOD and ALS providers.

Full Time Position: 24/72 Schedule. Benefits include Paid leave, Health and Dental Insurance, Retirement/401k, etc. Pay will be discussed during the hiring process.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond on Fire/EMS/Rescue incidents
- Complete Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Equipment Checks
- Complete Various House Chores

Qualifications/Requirements:
Minimum Education & Certification:
BLS Provider/Firefighter:
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid class C License
- Valid EMT License
- MFRI Hazardous Materials Awareness & Operations
- MFRI Firefighter I
- MFRI Firefighter II (preferred)
- MFRI EVOC Course
- MFRI Rescue VME
- NIMS courses 100, 200, 700, 800

Requirements: High school diploma or GED, Valid class C License, Valid EMT License, MFRI Hazardous Materials Awareness & Operations, MFRI Firefighter I, MFRI EVOC Course, MFRI Rescue VME, NIMS 100/200/700/800, MFRI Firefighter II (preferred)
