Job Description
Position with St. Tammany Fire Protection District No. 1. Applicants must fill out and submit both the Firefighter Application and STFPD#1 Application Waivers, along with supporting documents (driver's license, proof of education, proof of US citizenship, and applicable certifications). Candidates must then apply to take the Civil Service Exam for Firefighter through the Louisiana Office of State Examiner.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, US citizenship, valid driver's license, CPR certification, may require EMR/EMT/ICS certifications, Firefighter I certification if already certified
