Starting Pay:
- $33,000 annual starting salary
- $7,200 Louisiana State Pay Supplement
- Longevity Pay – 10 years of service

Incentive Pay:
- Education Incentive: $2,400 – $4,800 annually
- EMT Advanced Pay: $2,400 annually

- EMT Paramedic Pay: $6,000 annually

Schedule: Firefighters work a 24-hour shift rotation: 24 hr On / 24 hr Off / 24 hr On / 24 hr Off / 24 hr On / Off for 4 Days. Average 108 work-days per year.
