Paramedic or Critical Care Paramedic

The Hopkinsville Fire Department is currently accepting applications for full-time positions of Critical Care Paramedic and Paramedic. The Paramedic performs advanced life support duties as a member of an ambulance response team. Work involves training for and participating in varied EMS duties that may require strenuous physical exertion under stressful and dangerous conditions. Paramedic duties are often conducted independently. Satisfactory performance of the work requires initiative and close adherence to specific protocols. This position reports to an assigned company officer. Paramedic duties deal with emergency medical care, which involves prompt and efficient care to a patient.

Requirements: Paramedic certification, advanced life support training

Salary: $54,359.00 - $73,142.00 Annually
