Job Description
Entry-level firefighter position with the Boise Fire Department. Candidates must complete a written exam and virtual interview through Public Safety Answers, submit application through NeoGov, and pass physical fitness test and oral interview. Recruit Academy begins January 25, 2027.
Requirements: Current EMT, AEMT, NREMT, or Paramedic certification required; Physical fitness test; Oral interview; Pre-employment screening including drug testing and physical exam
