Job Description
Firefighter I Trainee position. 56 Hour Work Week Rotation Shift Schedule. Application Selection Process: Candidate application via www.mwaa.com/careers, Screen for minimum qualifications, Written Test, Work Performance Evaluation, Structured Interview, Conditional Offer, Background Clearance (includes Computer Voice Stress Analyzer, medical examination and drug testing), Final Offer. If an applicant is determined qualified, applicant will be eligible for following supplemental pay on a bi-weekly basis: Paramedic Pay $384.62, EMT-P / Hazmat (FFII Cert.) Extended Practice Pay $100.00, EMT-P Preceptor Pay $50.00, EMT-P Intermediate (I-Pay) $284.61.
Requirements: Firefighter I certification
Salary: Annually Starting $62,254.40 Top Salary $102,710.40
