Job Description
Volunteer EMT/Ambulance position with Mohegan Fire Company. Train and learn pre-hospital assessment and treatment to stabilize patients and prevent further injury. Learn skills necessary to report accurately and provide rapid transport. Formal training is available that leads to certification as an EMT (Emergency Medical Technician).
Requirements: 18 years or older, CT motor vehicle driver's license with no points, reside within Mohegan Fire Company response district (or within 5 miles), pass interview and background investigation, medically/physically qualified, EMT certification, annual training/tests and medical exams
