Job Description
Volunteer Firefighter position with the Cheshire Fire Department. Candidates must pass a Physical Agility Test and complete the membership application process. New members are placed on recruit status for 6 months, then must obtain Connecticut Firefighter I Certification and Hazardous Materials Operational Certification to become active members.
Requirements: Physical Agility Test pass, Connecticut Firefighter I Certification (after 6-month recruit period), Hazardous Materials Operational Certification (after 6-month recruit period)
