Job Description
Volunteer firefighter position with Hygiene Fire Protection District. Candidates must complete the hiring process including written exam, physical agility test, EMS assessment, ride-along, and interviews. Must obtain Firefighter I and EMT-Basic certification within first 12 months.
Requirements: Age 18+, High School Diploma or GED, Healthcare Provider (AHA) CPR, FEMA NIMS IS-100/IS-200/IS-700/IS-800, Firefighter I and EMT-Basic (within 12 months), Department Driver/Operator Program (within 6 months)
