Job Description
Volunteer firefighter position with Sugar Loaf Fire Protection District. Responds to 911 calls including structure fires, wildfires, motor vehicle accidents, medical emergencies, and rescue calls. Initial training period is approximately one year with weeknight and weekend sessions. Expected to respond to at least 15% of district calls (~110 annually) and attend trainings on first and third Wednesdays and one Saturday per month.
Requirements: Must live in the district, physically capable, willing to commit to training and call responses
