Job Description
The City of Santee is currently seeking exceptional candidates for the position of Firefighter Paramedic. We offer a dynamic work environment and a competitive benefits package.
Fire Recruit* $78,537.15/Annually Time In-Grade Schedule
*All selected candidates will complete a paramedic assessment period and fire recruit training. Following successful completion of this recruit training, they will move from Fire Recruit to Firefighter Paramedic. Firefighter Paramedics will advance through the salary schedule in accordance with the current MOU between the City of Santee and the Santee Firefighters' Association.
Requirements: Paramedic certification, fire recruit training completion
Salary: $91,382.71 - $120,301.82 Annually (Fire Recruit $78,537.15/Annually; maximum includes 6% educational incentive)
