Battalion Chief

To plan, organize, direct, and coordinate the activities of the suppression division, for an assigned battalion within the Fire department including training, public education, and emergency response; to coordinate division activities with other divisions and City departments; and to provide highly complex staff assistance to the Fire Chief. Receives administrative direction from the Fire Chief and exercises direct supervision over assigned supervisory and technical staff.

Salary: $116,916.00 - $142,140.00 Annually
