Job Description
CAFMA is hiring Lateral Firefighters to join a dedicated team serving and protecting communities. The hiring process includes an online assessment, practical assessment, and two panel interviews. Candidates must have one year of full-time paid firefighter experience and valid Firefighter I & II certifications.
Requirements: One year full-time paid firefighter experience with career fire department, successfully completed initial probationary period, valid IFSAC or Pro Board Firefighter I & II certifications or NFPA equivalent, Hazardous Materials Awareness and Operations (24-hour) certification, Current National Registry and AZ DHS EMT or Paramedic certification, Healthcare Provider Level CPR, Valid Driver's License
Salary: Firefighter/EMT $63,959 - $68,514 / annually; Firefighter/Medic $78,959 - $83,514 / annually
