Job Description
The Fire Chief oversees general administrative responsibilities associated with fire and rescue activities within the City of Palmer and Greater Palmer Fire Service Area. The role requires serving as command officer at emergency scenes, directing firefighting and rescue personnel, ensuring readiness of personnel and equipment, and managing service area operations with judgment and discretion.
