Job Description
Responds to emergencies and performs duties related to fire suppression, rescue, and emergency care during ground ambulance transport, in accordance with level of training and Department SOP's. Assists with supervision of station operations; assist with overseeing assigned volunteer members and departmental training. Expected to serve as the incident commander in the absence of the Village Fire Chief. This position is a regular member of the North Slope Borough Fire Department and is authorized to act under Alaska Statute 18.70.
Salary: $42.25 Hourly
