Job Description
Full-time firefighter position with the City of Nowata Fire Department. No positions currently available, but applications accepted for future opportunities. Must meet physical agility test requirements and Oklahoma State Fire Pension eligibility.
Requirements: Firefighter 1 (FF1), EMR, HAZ-MAT Awareness, HAZ-MAT Operations (completed within first year or as soon as classes available), eligible for Oklahoma State Fire Pension, pass physical agility test (1.5 mile run in 13 min, 35 sit-ups in 2 min, 25+ push-ups, beam walk with hose, 125-lb weight carry 100 ft, bends with 15-lb weight), pass Oklahoma State Fire Pension physical
